I am among those Republicans who rates George W. Bush highly. This is because he admirably defended our country against its violent enemies. That is priority number one. The fact that he was an economic illiterate who caused a great deal of harm regarding domestic issues—must be given secondary consideration. He would have earned an eighty-to ninety percent approval rating if he had he been a Democrat
